Established in the year 2006 and Headquartered in Bangalore, Chithaary Developers has made a humble beginning in the construction industry. It started its business as a developer by developing small residential projects. In 2006, it started its own residential project, with 20 apartments called Vijaya Elite at Vijaya Bank Layout, and completed the project in the year 2008. It started its Second venture, Vijaya Classic, also in Vijaya Bank Layout, as a residential project consisting of 15 apartments which had been completed towards the end of the same year as that of 2009. After completing the above projects, it established further rapport in the industry. We then slowly got into joint ventures with prospective land owners and also started contracting works that included commercial buildings, Industrial sheds, marriage hall, commercial complex ,etc. to mention a few.
